WHAT IS CERTIFICATE II IN BUSINESS?
This qualification reflects the roles of individuals who perform a range of mainly routine tasks while working under direct supervision. It is an entry level qualification for those wanting to become involved in business or administration.
This qualification is comprised of 12 units of competency.

There are no entry requirements for this qualification. It is preferred that candidates have reasonable reading and writing skills in order to complete this qualification.
After completing this qualification, candidates may consider undertaking a Certificate III in Business or a Certificate III in Business Administration to further their career development.
