- Unemployed for more than 12 months and actively seeking work
- A parent with a child 15yrs or under OR a carer
- Not on Intensive support or Transition toWork
- Must fill in an eligibility form and verified by Centrelink
- Completes 12 units from Cert I, II and III in Business
- Employment top priority
- Training flexible over approximately 3 months
- Some trainer led and some self paced classes depending on clusters chosen
- Vocational placement an option
- Must attend career guidance training every Monday

- Unemployed for more than 12 months and actively seeking work
- Have dependant child or be aged 45 years or over
- Can be receiving assistance from Centrelink or JNM ie intensive support or Transition to Work
- Selection of participants at the discretion of Manager or Training and Placement Officer
- Completes Cert I, II and part of Cert III in Business
- First 5 weeks is TIC training
- Complete training hours then employment is priority
- Training delivered in a structured group over 12 weeks
- Vocational placement an option
- Career guidance training will be delivered towards the end of the cours
